This Latest Technological Theory is Based on using the Power of Tide and also possibly Waves from Specific Shore Lines and also possibly Strong Permanent Current Areas Like the Gulf Stream... The Basic Idea is to Instal a Series of Turbines, of Sizes Appropriate to the Specific Areas, to "Harvest" from this new Eternally Renewable Electric Energy Source through the Rotation of Propellers from the Various Turbines.
